Schedule of Events:

6:00 p.m. Yappy Hour with Live Music & Silent Auction Begins

7:00 p.m. Dinner

Meal Choices:
• Oven-fired Chicken Breast with bay shrimp scampi cream, parmesan and chive pilafs with roasted zucchini
• Roasted Carlton Pork Loin on caramelized pears with wilted spinach, sherried mushroom, roasted potatoes and pan gravy
• Vegetables En Croute - Roasted vegetables layered with potatoes and parmesan cheese, wrapped in puff pastry and served with grilled asparagus and basil pesto cream sauce

8:00 p.m. Live Auction Begins

9:00 p.m. Guest Speaker: Karen Anderson, Author & America's Animal Communicator
